"Creeping" Zoom blur on Adobe Lightroom

This is the starting point for my edit. This is an image I took of a spider, I didn't have a macro lens on me so instead I used a reverse lens technique this enables me to use standard zoom lens's to enable a macro view. The process involves taping a lens onto the lens connect to the camera, this gives the "macro view" but with quite a lot of vignetting. I think this composition acts as a good base for an edit. I want to add a blur to have a dramatic effect.
