How i made the new york acrylic transfers.

Here i am editing the flag for the background, the first thing i did was to erase around the flag and in the holes to add an element of transparency. this makes the flag look more rustic and interesting. After that i changed the colour slightly so the reds where more prominent. This is so i stands out more.
