This shows the final product, to achieve this effect i went to the drop down menu called "lens corrections" and choose a Sigma DG 8 mm. This means that Lightroom will change the image according to that lens. This warped my image and produced a very interesting effect.
The first stage of the edit was changing the colour, to achieve this I simply pushed the colour temp slider towards the blue, not so much that it is overpowering and blocks out other colours but enough to add a tint of blue.
